Happy Hearts Trio (HHT) Privacy Policy:

It is important that Happy Hearts Trio (HHT) protects the privacy of its clients by not allowing the release of personal information, such as the names, addresses, financials, social security numbers, pin numbers (if known), driver’s license numbers, birthdates, or phone numbers.  The client is at liberty to give written permission to HHT to share their data with a third party, how and when information is collected, and the protection of children under the age of 13.

There are security protocols that HHT follows that will continue to ensure the clients and/or visitors privacy of their information to its website.  HHT accepts the responsibility for protecting and assuring its clients data and information shall be hidden from unauthorized individuals.

Privacy Policy - HHT

ELEMENT ONE:

Information Collection

Gathering information has become a serious business for every person.  It has also become a dangerous one, because the public is now exposed to anyone that might be inclined to misuse that information for, their own greedy reasons.  And, based upon that very reason it is important that we (HHT) protect the privacy of its client(s) from criminal misconduct.

The collection of your personal information comes from a variety of ways that allows for us to engage with our client(s).  We collect your information through surveys, chats, comments, forums, snail mail, emails, phone conversations, and/or online financial transactions that is necessary to purchase its fine products.  (privacy.microsoft 2013).

PURPOSE #1

The purpose for collecting your data and information is for us to interact with our client(s) purchase of its products.  In that regard, without certain information there could be no online transactions between the two parties.  However, it is extremely necessary that our client(s) know that whatever information is shared, it will remain under a secure and protected environment.  Our Policy has been designed to apply to all of your personal and identifiable information to legally ensure that protection.

Our Policy includes the protection of, but not limited to, our client’s names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card information, and the social security and/or driver’s license or date of birth, (if and when it is necessary, as that the last three items are needed for hiring new staff).

In addition, we have placed on our website an icon/button, called ‘Contact Us’ that allows you to view or change any of your personal information.  When you make those changes it will then update your account at the company’s accounting section. Contact Us on our website. Example: Change of Address from one place to another.

ELEMENT TWO:

Utilization of Personal Information

The utilization of your personal information comes in several forms.  We use your data to connect with our client(s) on personal level.  The company’s unique products are so designed to encourage you to return to our website.

Quite often you may want to request a special item that has been in our past collections or would like our Master craftsmen to create a new design.  In any case we respect your wishes and will accommodate them using your up dated information. (privacy.microsoft, 2013).

PURPOSE #2

It is our standard practice that collection of your personal information may be used for sharing.  Our Policy describes how, who, and when that information will be shared.  It explains in detail about third parties, our affiliates and/or partners and the necessity of sharing your information to expand our fan base among its associates.

Our marketing department will use the information to send out promotions, offer incentives, or communicate with you by chat or by survey. Our Policy will include the descriptive content of our Policy any offer that allows you to ‘opt-out’ regarding non-contact to you, in any format, in the future.  Also, the sharing of information with our affiliates and/or partners places them under the same rules written under our Policy protection practices.

Element #2 further explains that we will inform you about our ‘opting-out’ procedure by emails and/or telephone calls, regarding our responsibility to refrain from sending you future advertising promotions or incentives, and that we shall be responsible for informing our third parties, affiliates, and partners.

ELEMENT THREE:

 Sharing Personal Information

We will not provide your information to any third party unless you have authorized such sharing.  There may be reasons that you have expressed that would prohibit such sharing that could have been originally required by the law and/or necessary to the protection of us.  In those cases the legal requirements would fall under the jurisdiction of ‘causing financial or bodily injury’ and would go before the courts, thus be subjective to service of subpoenas, which may conflict with the rights of others.

Our Policy clearly states that persons or companies that are contracted to support the internal website’s operations of its business activities must be notified by certified mail or hand delivery.  When any changes are necessary by a client the Policy will support those changes.

In addition, our Policy will not support such action where by sharing your personal information with a third party would allow us to gain some form of compensation.  In other words there must be written consent before any changes or modifications can be expedited, otherwise we will not share your personal information with any unauthorized third party.  If and when there are expressed concerns between either or both parties, then there must be immediate communication.

Sharing Personal Information

We further recommend that anyone giving their consent to receiving communications from our non-affiliated companies that communication must be conducted directly with that company and must by-pass input to or from us (HHT), whether online, by phone, email, and/or mail.  Thus, any changes or amendments, and/or deletions to one’s personal information that non-affiliate may have must be provided directly to them.

Exception to sharing of your personal information with a non-affiliated company would be the legal requirement that said non-affiliated company must protect such information that is consistent to our (HHT) own Policy standards.  There shall be no guarantee from us that these non-affiliated companies will comply to our Policy standards or protect said personal information.  (Alloy, 2011).

PURPOSE #3

Element #3 explores more detailed information about our collecting vital data and/or information from out client(s).  It also discusses how we utilize your information, the point of that usage, and more importantly, how we then share your information with a third party or affiliate.

We repeat that it is necessary and gives you the peace of mind that we are responsible for the well being of our client’s needs and are transparent about sharing that responsibility.  We are a retail business that serves the wants of our clients and we must stay within the confines of the law that protects our clients and ourselves.

ELEMENT FOUR:

Collection of Information By Others

HHT website and/or YouTube Channels will contain links to other vendors and websites that we have placed there.  These links will include but limited to, third party advertising, marketing promotions, and/or text hyperlinks.  It is important to note that we are not responsible for their Privacy practices.

Note that when you click on one of these outside links and leave our website that we are no longer responsible for the collection of your personal information from that particular website.  Those outside vendors have their own Privacy Policy and it applies to their website and the collection of your information completely through that website.

We may opt to also offer additional email promotions and/or incentives that, is supported by those non-affiliated companies.  However, those additional elements will be based upon a written agreement between us and will be offered to you to allow those elements to be sent out to your email address.

When you give permission to obtain your Personal information then either party may elect to submit your information for contest, sweepstakes, and/or promotions.  We must state that because these offers are coming from an outside vendors we have no control how and when that information will be utilized.

PURPOSE #4

Our purpose of Element #4 is to inform our client(s) that by clicking off of our website it could place them at risk by having to share their personal information with a third party.  We are an online retail business and understand that it is important that we tell our client(s) about the utilization of text hyperlinks and/or other advertisers that may be listed on our website or the social media sites.  HHT has no control over the personal information that other vendor’s websites may require and how they will use that information for their own promotions.

ELEMENT FIVE:

Cookies & Other Technologies

Cookies are the text files that are automatically placed on your hard disk of your computer by our web server.  It stores your preferences for products and services.  Cookies, is not designed to share your email address or personal information, unless you have elected to give that to us.  When you share your Personal information it can be linked to the Cookie data storage section.

These cookies do not run programs, software, or can place viruses to your computer.  It is a secure program that can actually save time by allowing us (HHT) to use our website to improve our content and allow us to offer to our clients incentives.  It recognizes your name and the last time you came to our website by recalling specific information that was stored into the Cookies memory.

We have found that Cookies are important to us because we can offer you products from our designer collections and accessory lines.  The advantage of being in our Cookies is there is no need to re-register with our site each time you return, it automatically recognizes you and sends you directly to  HHT.  Of course, our affiliates and non-affiliates, and advertisers on our site may elect to use their own Cookies and our Policy will not cover how they will use their Cookies program with your information.

Mobile or other technical devices will be able to use our Cookies.  And will be able to control the number of advertising services seen on them.  You can elect not to have those Cookies on your devices by simply ‘opting-out’ at the device, or you can Contact Us on our website and request to ‘opt-out’ of it.

We recommend that even though you have ‘opted-out’ you may still receive mobile ads, however those ads may not relevant to your interests.  Those ads may be related to our website’s content or an application that is based upon non-personal information.  The ‘opt-out’ procedure will only apply to our website and will not be affected by outside vendors or advertisers that have access to your mobile devise.  (Apple, 2010).

CLICKSTREAM DATA (CSD):

The collected data is designed to allow individual users to view pages, improve content optimization decisions, and will re-enact and/or analyze client’s visits to our website.  It allows for us to follow our visitors through their lifecycle of visits to our website. On the Google Analytical Software, the visitor, unknowingly, sends their data to the servers.  We do not operate a personal business server, thus Google will manage the Clickstream Data collecting on our behalf.  Once the data is described or parsed it is then made available in an unprocessed format known as CVS file.  When this process is completed, we can log into that FTP site and get the data from those files, as needed.  (Clickstream, 2014).

We are able to connect to the CSD program that tells us the kind of computer, software, address of the website, and the linking to our website that you are utilizing.  It allows us to gather non-Personal Information.  This information tells us such information as, how much time visitors are on our website and per page visit, or if there was a conversion to sales.  By our anonymously collecting and analyzing this non-personal information we are able to improve our content, customer service, add or delete non-essential information, links, and/or products. (Alloy, 2011).

PURPOSE #5

The purpose of # five is to understand the meaning of Cookies, is the type that is important to the operations of our website.  These Cookies are used primarily in conjunction with gathering Personal information from you.

We have explained the steps to ‘opting-out’ of the Cookies that store your Personal information, and how you can still go on the Internet to browse either at home, work, or on a shared computer, at retail stores, in public libraries, at an Internet-cafe environment.

Furthermore, we explain to you the meaning of Clickstream Data and its relationship to your Personal information.  We share with you the importance of the CSD is necessary only for our website improvements, and non-personal data collecting that is anonymous to the client(s).
